Copeland™ Select is a mobile app that allows users to select compressors based off of specific system design and generate product performance sheets. Users can generate non-standard condition compressor performance and view rating coefficients, reference drawings, wiring diagrams, bill-of-materials, etc.

Other supporting functions available in the tool are:

• Search By Condition: Search for a compressor using a variety of filters such as capacity, design conditions (evaporator, condensing temperature, product type (scroll, semi-hermetic, discus), voltage, modulation, dew point or mid-point condition and application type (refrigeration, air-conditioning, heat pump, etc.). Saturated temperatures or pressures can also be used as filters when entering design conditions.

• Search By Model: View mechanical and electrical attributes, generate performance at rated and user conditions. Users can export AHRI coefficients along with estimating condenser heat of rejection and discharge temperatures. Cross reference and view, operating envelopes, service parts, product nomenclature, reference drawing and wiring diagram(s). Menu features simple product diagnostics to assess compressor’s current (amps) is within safe limit. Providing access to application engineering bulletins, links to online product information to view product information and Live chat.

• Rack Selection: Users may select up to 10 compressors by using a variety of search filters. Additional Capability is available to select mechanical subcooling to achieve design subcooling needs. A scenario analyzer is available to quickly modify some design conditions without re-populating all search filters, saving research time.
